Spa Etiquette
We understand that things come up and appointments will be missed or cancelled but we ask that you please respect our time.  If you need to reschedule an appointment please give us at least 24 hour notice although more would be appreciated.  While our spa tends to be a bit more lenient than most, we have adopted a few new policies and hope that you will understand.  Thank you for your business and your cooperation.

Cancellations/Reschedule
We require at least a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  Anyone that cancels in less than 24 hours or same day will potentially be charged the full  amount of the appointment.  This amount will be due prior to your next scheduled appointment.  If you give us at least 24 hours notice, this will allow us to make arrangements to fill that time slot.  If you have a package your service will be deducted accordingly, if you have a gift certificate the value will be deducted accordingly.

No Call No Show
We do our best to remind everyone of their appointment at least 24-48 hours prior to their appointment however there are times when we get a little busy.  Anyone that does not show up or call us for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service prior to your next scheduled service.  No appointments will be made until we have received payment.  If you have a package your service will be deducted, if you have a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be considered used. 

Arriving late
Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled depending on the therapist and their schedule.  All late appointments that go into session will be shortened and will end at the original time.  There are times that the professional may run late and in that case you will still have your full appointment.  We can't always predict if a client will have extra questions or just need some extra time for whatever reason.  We will always try to call if we know we are running behind.  We know your time is as valuable as ours.  Late appointments that need to be rescheduled will still be responsible for full payment of that service. 

New Clients/Multiple services
If you are a new client please arrive at least 10-20 minutes early to fill our new client paperwork.  If you are a new client and receiving multiple services you should allow 20 minutes for all appropriate paperwork.  This will also allow you time to change into a robe and place your belongings into a locker prior to service. If you do not arrive early for paperwork, your service will be shortened to accommodate for time. 

Please be considerate of other clients and refrain from any cell phone use in the spa or any loud conversations, especially if other treatments are in session.
